COCONUT CURRY WITH CALCUTTA SAUSAGES

packet Mac Marshall Calcutta Sausages

medium sized onion, finely sliced
1
cup coconut milk
1
tablespoon oil
1
small bunch coriander leaves

green chillis

Heat oil in a heavy based pan, add onion and stir-fry till onions are
golden
Brown.

Cut sausages into individual lengths, add to the onion and
Fry on low heat to a golden brown.
3.
Add coconut milk and cook uncovered for five minutes on medium heat.
4.
Garnish with chopped green chillis and fresh coriander.
