grams Goa Sausages

grams beef, lamb or chicken mince

cup finely chopped pine nuts

spring onions, finely chopped

cups finely sliced lettuce

carrot, grated
1
cup diced mushroom

Pita bread
Sour
Cream Sauce

cup Sour cream

clove crushed garlic

tablespoon finely chopped coriander

tablespoon finely chopped mint

Chop the Goa Sausage and cook with mince on low heat with 1 cup
water
till water evaporates and stir fry in the fat that emerges till mince is
dark
brown. Add the chopped
mushrooms, walnuts and spring onions and
stir fry for a further 5 minutes.

To make Yoghurt Sauce : Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate
till required.

Cut pita pockets in half, spoon in filling, top with carrot, lettuce and
sour cream sauce.
